Start Dates

Mid-June to Mid-September, NEW start every 2 weeks

During the course you are exposed “intensively” to French by friendly, enthusiastic teachers - for a session of between 2h40 and 4 hours every weekday.

In addition, count an hour or so of self study each day. It means that for a course of 3 weeks, you will be involved around 20 hours in the week – including self study; for a two weeks course, count 25-30 hours per week.

Each cycle covers one Amira level, for example, 1.0, 1A, 1B or 2A, etc., (Euro levels A0, A1.1, A1.2, A2.1….). Students continue consecutively with the next level in the following cycle, subject to your progression.

The course is taught primarily in the French – because the objective is to speak French!

Students come from all over the world to learn French at Amira. So we invite you to use the language as much as possible and especially to continue in French with other students as much as possible. If you are not able to come to Brussels, you can attend by video-conferencing, which works very well (one student only per group).
